Swing Jazz Workshop

Today we were really lucky to have a performance from a live 'Swing Jazz' band. They are part of Bristol's International Jazz and Blues Festival which is taking place next weekend. The children became band leaders for the afternoon guiding the players on rhythm, volume and who would play a solo. They also had the chance to get up and move to the beat - after learning a few simple dance steps the band had everyone dancing, including the staff!
